The automation NEXT 75 has been designed to control opening and closing of swinging doors in indoor environments featuring absolute quietness and fluidity of motion. The automation NEXT 75 ensures maximum safety for the user and complies with the European standard EN 16005. NEXT 75 can drive doors with maximum weight of 75 kg for a length of 1000 mm. The covering guard is made of anodized aluminium that enhances the look of the automation, the extremely small dimensions (only 60 mm of height for mounting on the door transom) make NEXT 75 suitable for every type of indoor environment. The arms which control the motion of the leaf are of two types, pull-type with sliding track and push-type (articulated), both featuring a slim and elegant design. Inside the automation NEXT 75 there is a brushless motor with encoder that ensures very low wear due to the absence of brushes and durability over time, an electronic control unit with latest generation components, to provide excellent performance and reliability and a switching power supply to ensure efficiency and low power consumption. On request it is available the built-in emergency battery to ensure the operation of the automation in case of blackout. Door opening can be controlled by sensors, radio control, or by a simple touch in push & go mode. The door can also be used manually with the possibility of reclosing thanks to the virtual spring function. Door motion is safe thanks to the encoder which detects with precision the position of the door and immediately reverses the motion of the door in the event of an obstacle. The safety sensors to be installed on the leaf are monitored by the electronic control unit at the beginning of each cycle, as required by the standard EN 16005. NEXT 75 can also be used in low energy operation. For automation commissioning, the installer must use the digital programmer. In a few simple steps he can setup the automation and select the desired functions. Alternatively, it is possible to setup NEXT 75 also by means of the new NFC digital keyboard that allows interfacing and data exchange via a smartphone using the new Label app.
